Secure Ordering
All your information is safe and SECURE. The entire transaction will take place on a secure server using SSL technology.  SSL encrypts your order information to avoid the decoding of that information by anyone other than our customer service agents.

Shipping

All items are shipped via Standard Ground United States Postal Service or DHL. Orders are shipped within 7 to 10 days.  Back orders required 2 to 3 weeks. Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped together. You will be informed of  items on back order and their expected delivery date via email.

Florida Sales Tax

Orders purchased within the state of Florida will be subject to Florida Sales Tax.

Return Policy

Within 30 days of delivery, you may return Books in their original condition purchased from AmberFrangos.com. Please request a Return Authorization Number and the Returns Department Mailing Address prior to returning items by e-mail at info@amberfrangos.com. Let us know if you would like something else for your return, credit card credited or a store credit for later use. Please enclose the original invoice with return. Your refund will be processed within 60 calendar days from the day we receive your return. Damaged Items or Items considered to be in other than "as new" condition cannot be returned. We do not refund shipping charges.
